The ChallengeDuring a three day competition, students in the FTC Culinary Arts program competed in intense challenges requiring creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking, all being filmed by Video Productions students in the style of a cooking reality show.
Students worked in teams of 4-5 to find dishes that met ingredient requirements, prep the materials, prepare the dishes in an hour and fifteen minutes, and present their creations to a panel of four judges. Students were judged based on Creativity, Taste, and Presentation. Only two teams (one from the AM and one from the PM classes) survived to become Master Chef Champions! |
